Jet Tila's Pico de Mango Recipe

1Combine all ingredients. Adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
2Use immediately or hold under refrigeration.
1/2 lbs tomatoes, seeded and diced
2 oz. onions, minced
2 cups mango, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp cilantro, chopped
1 tsp oregano, chopped fresh
1 oz. lime juice
1-2 jalapeƱo(s) seeded and minced
1 oz. olive oil
salt, as needed
pepper, as needed
